CCUSNA WA Hubs Workshop Webinar Series: Global Examples: The Longship Project (Northern Lights, Yara, Heidelberg Materials) – 16 February 2026

CCUSNA WA Hubs Workshop Webinar Series: Global Examples: The Longship Project – Northern Lights, Yara, Heidelberg Materials

In February 2026, CCUSNA will host an invitation‑only workshop, “What are the opportunities and challenges associated with developing a multi-user CCUS hub in WA (for Kwinana, Mid-West and the Pilbara regions)”

In the lead‑up to the workshop, CCUSNA is running a series of webinars for workshop participants, as well as for the broader community of CCUSNA members and subscribers.

These sessions will explore three key themes:

  • Setting the scene
  • A deeper dive into each region
  • Global examples of operational and developing hubs

In this webinar and panel session, we will look at Europe’s Longship Project, with three speakers from different parts of the value chain, including from Northern Lights (Presenter: Baris Dolek), Yara (Presenter: Edina Ringdal Wickholm) and Heidelberg Materials (Presenter: Pia Prestmo).  Each speaker will provide a 15-20 minute overview of their part in the Longship Project and a short Q&A session, followed by a panel session discussion, with opportunity for questions from the audience.

This webinar will be held on Monday 16 February 2026 at 4:30pm-6:00pm Perth time.  This time slot has been selected to accomodate our international guests.  Recordings will be made available for those who cannot make this time.

Registration for this webinar can be found HERE.
