News: Commonwealth Senate Joint Standing Committee on Northern Australia – submission 30.01.2026

Minister for Resources and Northern Australia, the Hon Madeleine King MP, referred a revised terms of reference for an inquiry into preparing for emerging industries across Northern Australia. Joint Standing Committee on Northern Australia shall inquire into and report on preparing for emerging industries across Northern Australia which will include the global transition to net zero and furthering renewable energy, decarbonisation and carbon abatement
